You are responsible for all links, files, and content you send to AXOMUX, and you acknowledge that you have the right or necessary permission to use this content and publish it on accounts linked to the service.

AXOMUX does not bear responsibility for any content you provide without owning the rights or necessary permissions to use it.

You authorize AXOMUX to set up and operate the publishing session required on the Instagram account linked to the service for the purpose of executing the publishing operations you request.

Do not send your account password inside the Telegram bot or through any means not approved by AXOMUX administration.

Operating the service may from time to time require re-login, re-verification, or re-linking the account.

AXOMUX manages publishing operations and their timing automatically according to the platform's internal operating system.

Links may enter a graduated publishing path, and not all links may be published immediately or at the same time.

Sending a link to the system does not necessarily mean instant publication; it is executed according to the service state, account status, and available publishing capacity.

AXOMUX is a service for automating and managing publishing operations and does not guarantee any specific performance outcome.

Guarantees do not include:

views, likes, followers, reach, engagement, virality, account growth, or any other commercial or marketing outcome.

Results depend primarily on the content you choose, its quality and suitability, audience behavior, account status, and the policies and algorithms of the platform itself.

You are responsible for choosing the content you request AXOMUX to publish.

You remain responsible for content published on your account and for complying with Instagram policies and any other platform used, in addition to applicable laws and regulations.

Platforms may, independently of AXOMUX, reject a publishing operation, require login or verification, restrict certain functions, or change their policies and technical mechanisms at any time.

AXOMUX does not bear responsibility for decisions, restrictions, or changes imposed by external platforms.

The service may stop temporarily or be affected due to maintenance, system updates, technical failures, internet or power outages, or changes and issues arising from external platforms.

AXOMUX works to restore the service when possible, and safely stored operations continue according to the usual recovery and publishing path after the service resumes.

Temporary stoppage or delay resulting from operational or external causes does not constitute a guarantee of a specific publishing date.

Publishing operations depend on the balance or publishing capacity available in your subscription.

When the balance is exhausted or available capacity ends, acceptance or execution of new publishing operations stops until the subscription is renewed or new publishing capacity is added through administration.

Balance represents usage capacity for the service and does not represent withdrawable or transferable monetary balance.

If the platform requests login, additional verification, re-linking, or any security procedure related to the account, publishing may pause temporarily until the required procedure is completed and the account is returned to an appropriate operating state.

AXOMUX cannot guarantee that platforms will not request verification or impose restrictions on accounts, as these decisions are subject to the platforms' own systems.

Unlimited plans are subject to a fair use policy.

AXOMUX may regulate, restrict, or suspend use that shows an excessive or abnormal pattern or threatens service stability or affects other subscribers.

This policy aims to protect platform stability and service quality for all subscribers, not to restrict normal use.

AXOMUX administration may refuse, suspend, or terminate the service if the system is used for illegal, fraudulent, harmful, abusive, or unauthorized purposes, or any use that harms the service, users, or other parties.

AXOMUX is a service that is continuously developed and maintained, and some functions, operating methods, or service limits may change over time as a result of development, updates, or changes imposed by external platforms.

These changes are applied when necessary to maintain service stability and continued operation.

By using AXOMUX or pressing the agree button within the service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

You confirm that you have the authority to use the account and content linked to the service, and you authorize AXOMUX to execute the publishing operations you send to the system on the account linked to the service.
